The Annual General Meeting of the Sydney Amateur Football League will take place on Tuesday 10th November 2009 at Burwood RSL, Shaftsbury Road, Burwood commencing at 7.30pm. No apologies will be accepted as this is a must attend meeting.
The main purpose of the meeting is to accept the annual report for the 2009 season, consider honorarium and to elect office bearers for season 2010 . This meeting should not take too much of your valuable time however it is to important to ignore.
Visitors welcome and prospective new clubs are also welcome to attend.
Welcome to the official SAFL web site. Since 1947 the SAFL has provided
organised football for All Age men's teams throughout the metropolitan
area of Sydney. With season 2008 about to commence we have room in our
competitions available to any teams wishing for a change from their present
associations competition(s). For more information please contact the association

With the start of the 2009 season fast approaching,
the SAFL management committee invite prospective new team(s) looking to
participate the it's competitions this year to e-mail the SAFL secretary
for information relating to any application to affiliate with the SAFL
Current clubs are reminded that the SAFL Adjourned AGM will be held on
Tuesday 10th February at Burwood RSL commencing at 7.30pm. Any prospective
new clubs are also invited to attend this meeting.
The SAFL Referees association is also looking for new or qualified referee's
to join its association. As an incentive we can offer a "free"
uniform and no affiliation fees for the first year of service and no ongoing
fees during the season (conditions apply). For further information please
